Welcome to Squid Legacy, a classic MMORPG that offers an expansive world of adventure and competition. By downloading or using Squid Legacy, you agree to this Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which forms a binding legal agreement between you and the Application Provider.
Rights and License
We reserve the rights to remove or modify any content submitted for any reason without explanation. Requests for content to be removed or modified will be undertaken only at our discretion. We reserve the right to take action against any account with the service at any time.
Use of Data
We may collect and use technical data and related information to facilitate updates, product support, and other services related to Squid Legacy. This data will not be shared to third parties.
Conduct in Squid Legacy
Engaging in defamatory, abusive, hateful, or threatening behavior; spreading spam; posting content that is offensive, explicit, or promotes the use of drugs or forbidden substances; sharing personal information without consent; infringing on copyright; or encouraging illegal activities is strictly prohibited. Violation of these rules grants us the right to permanently ban your account without warning.
Donations and In-Game Purchases
All donations and in-game purchases, including buying IMPs, are non-refundable. These transactions significantly affect the in-game economy and balance. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Termination
This agreement is effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights under this agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
External Services
Squid Legacy may enable access to third-party services and websites. Use of these services is at your sole risk, and we are not liable for the content or accuracy of these services.
No Warranty
Squid Legacy and its related services are provided as is without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties with respect to Squid Legacy, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent not prohibited by law, we will not be liable for any personal injury or incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, arising from your use of Squid Legacy.
This agreement may be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside. Disputes arising under this agreement will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
